AI Creative Services
AI creative services with a professional's hand on every frame.
Eight production services for e-commerce brands that need more imagery than a shoot calendar can supply — product views, models, scenes, video and catalogue automation — generated to brief, then finished and checked by the retouchers who have always stood behind Pic Visual's work.

Why This Model
Generation does the heavy lifting. Retouchers carry the responsibility.
E-commerce imagery has a volume problem that talent alone cannot solve. Ranges grow, channels multiply, every placement wants its own crop and context — and the traditional answer, another shoot, arrives too late for the drop it was meant to sell. Pure automation promises an escape, then delivers the familiar failures: a label that almost reads correctly, a model whose face changes between pages, a shadow pointing against the light.
Pic Visual's answer is a division of labour, not a replacement. AI generation produces the raw material at catalogue pace — new angles, new scenes, new casting, restored detail — working from your real products and briefs. Professional retouchers then do what they have always done: protect the truth of the product, hold a set together visually, and refuse to pass work that would embarrass the brand it carries. Nothing in this programme ships as untouched machine output.
That structure is why the programme can be honest about its demonstrations. Generated sample imagery on these pages is labelled as an AI-generated demonstration, generated people are disclosed as generated, and product details are verified against the physical item. Speed is the benefit of the technology; trust is the product of the oversight around it.
AI gives a catalogue range. A retoucher gives it a standard. Brands need both in the same workflow.
The Services
Eight services, one quality standard.
Commission a single service for a single problem, or brief several together for a launch. Every route below runs through the same generation, finishing and quality-check discipline described on this page.
AI Product Photography
Studio-grade packshots, extra angles and placed scenes built from photographs of your real products. Labels, logos and materials are verified against the physical item before any file reaches your listings.
Explore the service →AI Model & Fashion Imagery
A virtual model created to your casting brief and held to one consistent identity across a whole collection. Your actual garments are draped, fitted and finished by fashion retouchers.
Explore the service →Generative Image Editing
Generative fill, extension and replacement applied to your real photographs — new crops, cleared distractions, extended sets — then blended by hand so grain, light and colour agree.
Explore the service →AI Background Generation
Products lifted cleanly from their original setting and placed into generated scenes matched for perspective and light, from pure marketplace grounds to full lifestyle environments.
Explore the service →AI Video Production
Short product films and social clips created from stills and concepts, shaped for the ratios each channel rewards. Motion that shows scale, use and detail a still frame cannot carry alone.
Explore the service →AI Image Enhancement & Upscaling
Supplier, phone and archive images restored, cleaned and enlarged toward store and print standard, with a retoucher verifying that recovered detail never invents detail on the product itself.
Explore the service →AI Lifestyle Compositing
Product cutouts set into lived-in rooms and locations with matched perspective, contact shadow and colour temperature, giving one product many believable contexts across a season.
Explore the service →Creative Automation & Workflows
Templated pipelines for catalogues that keep growing: repeatable crops, backgrounds and exports under rule-based generation, with human quality gates where judgement actually matters.
Explore the service →How It Works
How AI and retouchers work together.
The same five-stage discipline governs a single product set and a season-long programme. You always know which stage your work is in, and nothing skips the human stages to save time.
Brief and references
You send products, garments or existing photography with the outcome you need. References set the art direction before generation begins.
AI generation
Views, scenes, casting or motion are generated around your verified material, following the brief rather than a generic house style.
Retoucher finishing
Specialists refine edges, light, skin, fabric and detail by hand, correcting wherever the generation drifts from the real product or person.
Consistency QC
The set is reviewed as a family: identity, colour, logos and scale must agree across every file before the set is approved internally.
Delivery follows as the fifth stage: approved masters are exported to each channel's specification — store, marketplace, social and print versions produced from the same files — and sent with a short record of sources and approvals, so a later refresh starts from evidence rather than memory. If any stage surfaces a limitation in the source material, you hear about it at that stage, with options, instead of discovering it in the delivered folder.
Standards
Quality and identity-consistency standards.
Generated imagery fails in predictable places, so the checks are aimed at exactly those places. A set is not approved because most frames look good; it is approved when every frame survives the same scrutiny a photographed set would receive.

- One identity per model: face, hair and proportions held constant across a collection and checked frame by frame.
- Product truth: logos, label wording, colours and materials verified against the real product, never approximated.
- Brand art direction: light, setting and styling follow your references and guidelines, not a default generated look.
- Believable physics: shadows fall with the light, reflections match the scene, and scale stays honest in every composite.
- Set consistency: colour and contrast aligned across the delivery, so pages and listings read as one catalogue.
- Clear disclosure: generated people and demonstration imagery identified as AI-generated wherever that context matters.
- Human sign-off: a named retoucher approves the final set; automated output alone is never a delivery.
- Honest limits: if source material cannot support a requested view truthfully, that is stated before production, not after.
Choosing The Route
AI production, or traditional post-production?
If a real shoot exists, protect it. Our photo post-production programme retouches photographed imagery — product, fashion and campaign work — keeping every pixel anchored to what the camera actually captured. For most established brands with a working shoot rhythm, that remains the foundation of the catalogue, and AI services sit alongside it rather than replacing it.
Choose AI production for the imagery a shoot cannot practically supply: products that exist before any photography does, scenes that would cost more to stage than the campaign can justify, casting breadth a single booking cannot cover, or back-catalogue material that needs rescuing rather than reshooting. Briefed together, the two programmes share references, standards and finishing hands, so a page mixing photographed and generated imagery still reads as one brand.
Photographed work stays photographed. Missing work gets created — clearly, carefully, and to the same standard.
Questions
AI creative services, answered plainly.
What does the AI Creative Services programme include?
The programme covers product photography built from your real product photos, consistent virtual model and fashion imagery, generative editing of existing photographs, background generation, short-form video production, image enhancement and upscaling, lifestyle compositing, and automation workflows for growing catalogues. Each service can be commissioned alone or combined in one brief.
How do you keep AI-generated work accurate and on brand?
Raw generation is never delivered. Every image passes to a professional retoucher who checks product details, identity consistency, edges, light and colour before a final quality review of the whole set. If generated material cannot be finished to standard, it is regenerated or the limitation is explained before delivery, not hidden in the files.
How does the free trial work across these services?
Send photographs of one product or a few garments with a short brief for the service you want to test. The studio produces trial work through the same generation and retoucher-finishing route as a paid commission, covering a free trial of up to 5 images, so the quality you judge is the quality you would receive.
Do I need existing photography to use these services?
No. The clearest work usually starts from something real: product photographs, garment photographs or existing campaign images that anchor colour, construction and branding. From that record the pipeline can build new views, scenes and formats. Purely conceptual work is also possible, but the team will always tell you what is anchored and what is imagined.
When should I choose AI production instead of traditional retouching?
When you already have strong photography, traditional retouching keeps it real and is usually the better route. When no shoot exists, a scene is impractical to stage, or a catalogue needs more variety than the original files allow, AI production creates the missing imagery. Many brands run both side by side under one quality standard.
Can you recreate a real person or celebrity as a model?
No. Generated people in this programme are original, fictional identities created to a casting brief and disclosed as AI-generated where that context matters. Briefs asking for the likeness of an identifiable real person, public figure or customer are declined. The same honesty applies to products: labels and details are checked against the real item.
What file formats and sizes do you deliver?
Delivery follows the brief: high-resolution masters plus the crops, ratios and file types each channel needs, produced from the approved masters so versions never drift apart. Tell the studio your destinations at the start — store, marketplaces, social placements, print — and exports are prepared to those specifications.
Can you match work you produced for us earlier?
Yes, and consistency is easier when you do. An approved model identity, product record or scene style can be held on file and reused across later drops and campaigns, so new work matches what is already live. Share the earlier brief or files when you return and the team picks up from the same references.
