VIDEO RESIZE & ADAPTATION
Your master film must live as a cinema-wide brand piece, a vertical reel, a square feed post and a marketplace clip — in three markets and two lengths. We adapt each version by reframing the shots, not amputating them.
ComposedWHAT IT INCLUDES
Wide, vertical, square and portrait versions reframed shot by shot — subject, product and text protected in every shape.
Shorter lengths re-edited around the message, with hooks and end cards rebuilt for the new running time.
Supers, captions, offers and legal lines replaced per market from your approved text, laid out natively in each frame.
Every file exported and checked against its destination’s current specification — dimensions, duration, captions, loudness and format.
ADAPTATION DISCIPLINE
Each shot’s focal point is re-chosen for the new shape — a face stays a face, a product stays whole, a two-shot becomes the right single.
Captions, prices and end cards are recomposed for each frame’s safe zones and reading time, not scaled down with the picture.
Mixes and loudness are finished per version, so the vertical cut sounds as considered as the master.
OUR PROCESS
Your master, placements, ratios, durations and markets listed and agreed as the version plan.
Each version reframed and re-edited shot by shot; text and graphics re-laid for the new frames.
Market text applied from your approved copy; grade and mix finished per version.
All versions exported, checked against their specifications and delivered with trafficking-ready names.
CONNECTED CAMPAIGNS
Campaign stills and graphics are adapted per format through our campaign design service, so film and images resize by the same logic.
New films edited by our team are planned for adaptation from the first cut — the cheapest version is the one designed for.
That is exactly what we do not do. Cropping amputates compositions and loses products, faces and text. Adaptation reframes shot by shot — choosing what each shape shows, re-laying text and graphics for the new frame — so every version looks deliberately composed, because it was.
Ideally the master edit at its highest resolution, plus any project files or graphics if you have them. Working from a finished master alone is also possible; reframing options are simply wider when the source has more resolution and headroom, which we assess before quoting the version list.
Yes — localized versions are a core use: supers, captions, end cards and legal lines replaced per market, working from translations and offer details you supply and approve. Design never silently alters your words; text is placed exactly as signed off.
The version list follows your media plan — placements, ratios, durations and markets — agreed at brief stage. We will advise where an additional native version earns its keep and where one version can honestly serve two placements.
Every version is exported to its placement’s current specification and delivered with clear, consistent naming — film, ratio, duration, market — so your media team can traffic them without opening each file to check.
ONE FILM, TWELVE PLACEMENTS?
We will map the version list and adapt each one as if it were the only one.
